Butter Rum Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup softened butter (2 sticks)

3- 4 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 T. Spiced Rum

1 T. Heavy cream

Directions

Beat butter, rum, vanilla, and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Sift and add in powdered sugar a little at a time, using only as much as needed.
Whip until desired consistency.

If your room is hot, chill the icing for a short time and continue.

Notes

*Use half salted, half unsalted butter or add a pinch of salt. Use real vanilla.
