4 oz. softened, salted butter
12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 T. vanilla extract
4-5 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
Beat butter, vanilla, and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and whisk on medium high until desired consistency is reached.
*Use real vanilla.
*If the icing is too soft, chill for a few minutes.
