Creamy Greek Dressing

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

teaspoons sugar

2 cloves garlic

½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

cup extra virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon dried dill

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a food processor or blender. Pour in the oil in a continuous stream and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing keeps well for 3-4 days.
