6 whole eggs
3/4 cup sugar
4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Rum (optional)

2 cups milk
2 cups cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Rum extract
Thinner than traditional.
In a saucepan, combine eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Turn the heat on low. Cook, whisking frequently, on low until temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Stir in vanilla and chill. Stir before serving.
Put a shot of rum in your cup, then pour in the eggnog.
