French Onion Dip

Ingredients

2 T. olive oil

2 cups finely diced onion

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

2 cups sour cream

Directions

Carmelize the onions with the olive oil, then whisk together with the remaining ingredients.

Chill before serving. For best flavor, make a day ahead.
