Mascarpone Whipped Cream

Ingredients

1.5 cups cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup of icing/powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (225g) cold mascarpone cheese

Description

Good with cake, pie, or fresh fruit, and very stable. Will frost a two layer 8 or 9 inch cake.

Directions

Place your bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Pull the bowl out and add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mascarpone cheese. Mix on a medium speed until everything is well combined.

Add in the heavy whipping cream and mix on low speed until everything is combined. Then, turn up the speed to medium-high and mix until stiff peaks form.
