Ingredients

Blueberry or strawberry:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries, or a mix

A few spinach leaves

3/4 cup milk

1 T. Protein shake mix

1-3 tsp. splenda


Chocolate/PB/Banana:

3-4 ice cubes

1/2 scoop chocolate protein shake mix

1 frozen banana

1-2 T. Peanut butter

12 oz. milk

1/2-1 tsp. Splenda (optional)


Reeces Cup:

6+ ice cubes

1/4 scoop chocolate protein shake mix

4 T. Peanut Butter

1 tsp. Cocoa powder

1 tsp. Splenda

12 oz. milk


Coffee: (*1)

1 cup French press coffee, cooled

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein shake mix

6+ ice cubes

1/2 cup milk

1-2 tsp. Splenda


Berry Lime:

1/4 cup Lime juice (about 2 limes)

1 cup frozen strawberries or berry mix

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup non-alcoholic margarita mix

1 T. Vanilla Protein shake mix

1-2 tsp. Splenda


Orange Julius:







Description

Smoothies. You can add several tablespoons of yogurt to any smoothie.

Directions

Blend in a smoothie maker. Put solid items in first, then any powders and liquids, and give it a shake before turning it on.

Notes

*1 For French press coffee, use 1-2 heaping tablespoons of coffee for 1 cup of water. Let sit 5 minutes before pressing and pouring.

*If you don't have frozen fruit, just blend in some ice.

*Your milk can be oat, nut, soy, or regular.
