Wedge Salad

Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce

Blue Cheese Dressing

1 tomato, diced (optional)

Cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)

Blue Cheese or Feta crumbles (optional)

Croutons (optional)

Directions

Rinse lettuce. Cut in half, then cut each in half again to create four equal wedges. Cut off the stems.

Lay each wedge on its "back" on the plate, so the light-colored center of the lettuce points up.

Prepare toppings.

Drizzle creamy blue cheese dressing (or desired dressing) on top of each lettuce wedge then top each wedge with your toppings.

Serve immediately, with a knife and fork.
